A network version is licensed to be installed on a network server and accessed by workstations, (PC only), where the data is created, accessed and modified on the server.  Up to 100 PCs can be licensed to a server but only 10 can access the data at one time. 

It gives you the ability to:

• List the upcoming events and schedules for annual meeting and state filing deadlines.
  
  
• Print the stock or company certificates (up to 4 classes), with the ability to review and or print an automated transfer ledger by company or investor, including partial shares.

• Email notifications to all officers and stockholders of important events.
